Keko Gift Voucher

You have two options on how you recieve your purchased gift voucher: 

 

By Email 
We will send the digital voucher with an activated code to the email address that you provide at point of sale.

 

Digital vouchers can only be sent to the purchaser. 
 

By Post

We will send the gift voucher with an activated code to the address you provide in the "Shipping" section at point of sale. 

 

If you wish to send phyiscal gift voucher to the gift recipent please ensure that you provide the gift recieptent's name and address in the "Shipping" section at point of sale. 

To redeem your voucher you can book your appointment online or call the salon on 01698 350060.  You must bring your gift voucher to the salon to redeem the voucher value.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale.

 

If you change you mind and wish to cancel your voucher you can do this within 14 days of recieving your voucher.  We will refund the original payment method and the voucher will be void.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund vouchers that have been partly redeemed or are outwith the 14 day return window.
